Thank you for visiting our online Stand/Build/Design Tender Process regarding a potential opportunity for one of our members.
Please be aware that due to our impartial position we cannot select members matching your initial requirements to send information to. However, to assist you in your selection of an ESSA Member the following two options are available:
1. Visit www.essa.uk.com/members and select 5 member companies yourself based on the information they provide within their listing and make a direct approach to an ESSA Member. (When approaching a member directly please let them know that you obtained their details via ESSA - thank you)
2. Complete our contract for tender form below (scroll down page) completing all mandatory fields.
- Based on the information you provide, this could be sent to up to 80 companies matching your criteria. This does not mean you will be contacted by 80 companies. The form was designed by members to prevent such an occurrence and enables them to make a more informed decision as to whether they can meet the criteria you set out. This could be based on information you provide regarding, budget, dates, location, event and time to name but a few.
- For this system to work, we require the form to be completed to the very best of your current knowledge of your end requirements.
- The ESSA contract for tender process was created and designed by our members. Our members wanted us to highlight a few key areas within the exhibition stand build/design tendering process.
- The majority of our members will only enter a pitch situation once they are fully aware of the number of companies invited onto a final shortlist. They will be aware that the initial tender document from option 2) has been distributed to up to 80 ESSA members.
- The majority of our members will not enter a final pitch process if there are greater than 5 companies asked to pitch for the same business.
