We invite you to join us at The Meeting Show, Excel London for the ESSA Ltd AGM 2025 on the afternoon of the 26th June 2025.
ESSA's AGM is a key event in the association's calendar. Bringing together members to discuss key developments, vote on important matters including ESSA board members, and gain insights into the direction of the association.
Who should attend?
The AGM is a member only event and not limited to any particular seniority within the company.
What sort of topics and speakers will you hear?
The AGM has a number of formalities that ESSA must legally undertake including signing off of the associations accounts.
An election will take place where members* are able to vote upon which ESSA Members they would like to represent them at the ESSA Board Level
Current ESSA Board Members will also provide updates to the membership on what ESSA has been up to over the last 12 months and projects are on the horizon.
*Only full & associate members are eligible to vote. Voting will take place online ahead of the event
Can I attend The Meeting Show?
The Meeting Show has kindly offered ESSA Members who attend the AGM free access to the show. Information to register will be made available after registration.

11:30 - Arrival for registration, lunch and networking
13:00 - AGM, board elections and presentations.
