FAQs from ESSA Members
Uploading news & job adverts,
To upload news and job adverts to the ESSA website members will need to login into the Member’s area of the website, scroll down to the second menu on the left hand side and click “Add News” or “Add job advert”.
Once here you can add the copy of what news or job advert you would like to publish.
Please note, once submitted it will not appear straight away on our website as we need to approve the piece on our system but we aim to do so within 24 hours of it being submitted.
Changing addresses on the website,
To update your company’s address on the membership directory please email kim.dance@essa.uk.com who will update this for you alongside ESSA’s internal databases.
Changing members area passwords,
To reset your password you will need to enter the username into the login box on our website, click forgotten password then enter the email address that the account is linked to and it should send a link to reset the password.
Please note that usernames are NOT email addresses, this may be your company name or an abbreviated version of it. If you continue to struggle please contact kim.dance@essa.uk.com for support.
Logging into the training platform,
To sign up, you will first need to create an account. You can do this by going to the induction home page.
Click “Sign in” in the top right and then “Create a new account” towards the bottom of the page.
You will be asked for payment. The coupon code essamember22 is available for ESSA members to access the courses for free in the member's area of the website.
App Registration
Those who wish to have access to the ESSA Companion App will need to download the app and create their own individual login to access the app including the ESSA discount card.
Access will not be given straight away as the ESSA team need to approve the registration to ensure only ESSA members gain access.
