This time C+A were honoured to have received six awards including the top platinum slots for Best Digital Innovation for a Client, Best Stand at Travel & Tourism Event and Best Stand at an Aviation Event.
The winning project for the Best Stand at Travel & Tourism Event involves the multi-faceted design strategy for Qatar Airways at the 2019 ITB event in Berlin, the travel industry’s premier showcase. A contemporary, luxurious, and elegant brand experience, reflecting Qatar Airways' progressive and confident brand values, heritage, and luxurious award-winning brand. The result was cited as the show-stopping experience of the 2019 event, involving a dramatic kabuki drop reveal of the 200sqm double deck stand to launch Qatar Airways’ enhanced Economy Class to an audience of dignitaries and VIPs.
The Dassault Systémes Virtual Experience won another platinum for Best Digital Innovation for a Client award to add to its double win at the World Resilience Awards World earlier this year. When the Farnborough International Airshow was cancelled in 2020, Cook + Associates applied a transformational approach to turn Dassault Systémes’ (DS) physical business chalet into a virtual immersive alternative, delivering a memorable experience and seamless online engagement.

Other World Exhibition Stand Awards wins for Cook + Associates this year include gold in Best stand 200-500sqm for Schneller and gold in the Best Stand at a Technology Event category, as well as silver in the Best Stand 200-500sqm for Nexign at MWC 2019.
