The Event Supplier and Services Association has confirmed that behavioural economist Roger Martin Fagg, and data protection expert consultant Henry Herbert, will be addressing delegates at its AGM on April 26, 2018, at the Magic Circle Headquarters, London.
“When we asked our members which issues were uppermost in their minds, the almost unanimous response was Brexit and GDPR,” explained ESSA’s director, Andrew Harrison, “so I’m very pleased to announce that Roger Martin Fagg and Henry Herbert, will be joining us to share their expertise and advice on these two important topics.”
Henry Herbert, partner at Herbert & Ball LLP and data protection consultant, will use his expertise in cross-border data transfer and international data protection law to explain how SMEs can best meet their obligations under the new GDPR regime, with a particular focus on internet marketing and lead generation.
Roger Martin Fagg, an experienced business strategist and economist with an enviable track record in predictions and forecasts, will address the complex issues surrounding Brexit and share his insight into what the future holds for British businesses as Britain leaves the EU.
Registration begins at 10:15 am, and the day will conclude with a finger buffet lunch, informal networking and, according to Harrison, “a few surprises,” before the venue closes its doors at 5 pm.
The ESSA AGM is a Member Only Event.
