Kevin Lucas is a Chartered Accountant of over 20 years with a
diverse finance background.

As a Licensed Insolvency Practioner, Kevin provides professional advice and empathetic support to the owners, managers and lenders of/to companies across a variety of funding, turnaround, rescue and insolvency platforms.

He is equally adept in the niche areas of Deceased Insolvent Estates, Third Sector restructurings, Pension Scheme deficits, Fraud Investigations (the use of insolvency as a key weapon) and Court Appointed Receiverships (whether they be through equitable execution or within shareholder disputes); as well as the more traditional Solvent Liquidations (MVL), Reorganisations / Demergers including S110 Schemes, partnerships or LLP Insolvency, Voluntary Arrangements – CVA’s, PVA’s, IVA’s, Liquidation, Administration (traditional or Pre-Pack), Receivership, HMRC Debt negotiation, Pre and Post Lending viability and covenant reviews.

His technical expertise and knowledge of the law, its practical application and the approach to the courts is second to none when it comes to getting the optimum outcome for the stakeholders he represents. An ICAEW and R3 committee member, he is at the forefront of proposed and actual changes taking place in his areas of expertise, providing considered, thought provoking comments to any given situation.
