He possesses a formidable track record in establishing strong operational teams enabling unsurpassed customer value, low-cost footprint, advantageous sourcing partnerships, tight production benchmarks and best in class processes across different industries. As a member of TMA (Turnaround Management Association ) and Chartered Institute of Credit Management (MCICM), Phil has worked predominantly within the Turnaround and Restructuring environment.
